ABOUT BLGCC

The Belgium – Luxembourg – Gambia Chamber of Commerce (BLGCC) with its Headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium, is an international organization of business professionals, government officials and legal professionals, committed to improving and consolidating business and trade relations between Belgium, Luxembourg and Gambia. The BLGCC is focused on encouraging and promoting mutually beneficial trade relations between Belgium, Luxembourg and Gambia for win-win partnerships.

Since the election of H. E. President Adama Barrow in 2016, The Gambia stands as an example of democracy which has boosted the diplomatic and trade relations.

The BLGCC relies upon a vast network and platform for communication among key decision makers, opinion leaders and the business community in Gambia, Luxembourg and Belgium.

OBJECTIVES

It is crucial for companies to keep up to date with the latest developments in Gambia-related trade and investment relations and to meet with people who are Gambia experts. The most effective way of doing so is by becoming a member of the Belgium – Luxembourg – Gambia Chamber of Commerce (BLGCC).

HISTORY

The Chamber was established on 2nd of February 2019, in Antwerp, Belgium, the founding members are from the business community, government background and legal sector; (the former President of the Gambia Chamber of Commerce, currently Chairman of the Gambia Tourism Board Mr. Abdoulie M. Touray sits as Vice-President of the Board, Managing partner of A-Law International Law Firm Mrs. Patricia Leers (Treasurer/Secretary) and International Business Advisor Mr. Thomas De Beule who sits as the President of the Chamber.)
